At this time we were building and scaling some of the top Masterminds in personal development for top authors and success trainers in the world. We wanted to give it all up at this point and instead decided to reimagine what this summit would become.
Producing events we quickly realized the importance of extracting the right messages from the right people. Executives were running out of time and the industry was seeing an impact to restriction and flow of innovation. Sponsors were waiting to attend trade shows while products were advancing faster than ever. This was our first move to a modern way to educate an audience, provide scalable value for sponsors and give time back to busy Multifamily Executives.
Innovation has always been about getting better, technology would now enable that. Our annual summit now converged technology and leadership to top executives looking to manage the apartment of the future. We did things differently. No trade show, no booths and sponsorship became invitation only. It was all about attracting executives that don't attend other events. We had to be very careful about who we worked with to protect the culture of our experience. We left executives feeling "I'm so glad I came"
